Plan your meeting using the prices below. Catering and drinks are priced per person, and venue hire by the selected period. All amounts exclude VAT.

A drinks package applies during your pre-booked use of the venue. Any extension is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance. Drinks charged by consumption are also available by quotation.
Two meeting rooms
From a short meeting to a conference: tell us your group size and preferred layout. We will confirm the room that suits your group and schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Who qualifies for the business rates?
These rates exclude VAT and apply to companies with a VAT number booking for business purposes. Include your company details and preferred dates in your business enquiry.
What are the room rates for my company?
For stays of 1–6 nights, the rate per room per night is €75 for 1 person, €95 for 2 people, €115 for 3 people or €135 for 4 people. For 7–27 nights, the rates are €69, €85, €105 and €115 respectively. For stays of 28 nights or more, they are €63, €75, €95 and €99 respectively. All rates exclude VAT and any tourist tax, and include breakfast.
Are breakfast and parking included?
Yes. Breakfast is included in all B2B room rates and parking at the hotel is free.
Can the invoice be sent directly to my company?
Please provide your company name, billing address and VAT number. Your confirmation will set out the invoicing and payment arrangements.
Can I combine a meeting with hotel rooms?
Yes. Please indicate in your business request how many participants and rooms you require. You will receive a proposal for the meeting, catering and accommodation.
How much does a meeting room cost?
Business meeting room rates exclude VAT and are €99 for 4 hours and €199 for 8 hours. A full 15-hour day, from 07:00 to 22:00, costs €299 per room, or €598 for both rooms. Your chosen room and the full hire charge will be confirmed in your quotation. Meetings are available for groups of 9 or more.
How much does meeting catering cost?
Coffee and pastries cost 11.50 euros per person, the business lunch with mini tapas 19 euros, the business buffet 29 euros and the dinner buffet 49 euros. These are business prices excluding VAT.
Is my online request immediately a confirmed booking?
No. We will first confirm availability, the full price including VAT, and the arrangements for your request. Submitting a request does not reserve a hotel room or event space, and no payment is taken.
