Prices per room per night, including breakfast and statutory VAT. Weekly applies from 7 nights; Monthly from 28 nights. Non-refundable, Weekly and Monthly are non-refundable. Any separate accommodation tax and the total price will be stated before booking. You will receive a separate quote for groups or additional services.
Standard flexible: free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. After that, the first night is charged for each reserved room if you have booked fewer than three rooms; for three or more rooms, the full booking amount is charged. Your booking confirmation gives the exact deadline.
Non-refundable: 15% discount on regular Standard. Weekly: 10% discount on regular Standard from seven nights. Monthly: €25 discount on regular Standard per night from 28 nights. These three rates are non-refundable; discounts are not stacked or combined with the temporary website rate.

The hotel
Our rooms are tucked beneath the roof, with the building’s distinctive round windows. Stay on the green outskirts of Diest, 400 metres from exit 25 Halen on the E314.
Breakfast is included with every stay. Parking at the hotel is free; electric vehicle charging is billed at the charging provider’s rates.
Hotel extras include VAT. Extra beds and cots are free on request, subject to your room’s permitted occupancy and availability.

A good morning
From Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 09:00. On Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 10:00. Hot and cold breakfast is included with your overnight stay.
LA BRAVA opens on December 4, 2026 with a Spanish pinchos and tapas concept at Prins Van Oranje. You can request a table at LA BRAVA separately. Until the opening, restaurant service is only on request.
Does the hotel have a 24-hour reception?
Yes, the hotel has a 24-hour reception. Standard check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00. Check-in after 22:00 is free; please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00, with no early or late check-in charge during these hours. Early check-in before 14:00 costs €35 and must be requested in advance and expressly confirmed by the hotel. Check-in after 22:00 is free; please tell us your expected arrival time beforehand. Please check out before 10:00.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is included in your stay. We serve breakfast Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 09:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 10:00.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes. There is a spacious car park beside the hotel, with charging points for electric vehicles.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, at €20 per pet per night. Please tell us about your pet in advance; we must confirm that we can accommodate it.
Is the restaurant open to hotel guests?
LA BRAVA opens on December 4, 2026 with a Spanish pinchos and tapas concept at Prins Van Oranje. From December 4, 2026: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Table requests from 12:00 to 20:30. The kitchen closes at 9:00 PM; restaurant and lounge at 11:00 PM. Until the opening, restaurant service is only possible on request and after prior confirmation. The hotel breakfast remains available. You can request a table separately via the restaurant page.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
Early check-in before 14:00 costs €35. Late check-out is available until 15:00 at the latest for €35. Both must be requested in advance and expressly confirmed by the hotel.
Do I get a better rate if I book for my company?
Companies with a VAT number can access business room rates based on the length of stay: 1–6 nights, 7–27 nights, or 28 nights or more. Breakfast is included. See the rates excluding VAT on our business page and submit your requirements using the business enquiry form.
Until when can I cancel a flexible hotel stay?
With the Standard flexible rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. Your booking confirmation gives the exact deadline. After that, the first night is charged for each reserved room if you have booked fewer than 3 rooms; for 3 or more rooms, the full booking amount is charged.
How does a non-refundable hotel rate work?
Non-refundable hotel rates are payable in full in advance. If you cancel, the amount paid will not be refunded. You can read the conditions for your chosen rate in the booking engine before booking, and then in your booking confirmation.
