Final Terms

These general terms and conditions are used by Interstate Hotel Group BV, trading under the trade name Prins Van Oranje and/or Hotel Prins van Oranje. The company number is 0479.927.294; the VAT number is BE0479927294. They apply to hotel stays, breakfast, restaurant, catering, meetings, seminars, events, groups, parking, charging facilities and additional services.

The complete document contains 27 articles about, among other things, reservations, payments, cancellation, check-in and check-out, house rules, damage, liability, force majeure, personal data and applicable law.

Photos and illustrative images on this website

Some images on this website have been digitally edited with AI using photos of our location. These illustrative images show possible decorations, table settings, lighting and colours. An elevated view of the hotel may also have been created digitally and is not an original drone photograph. The actual furnishings, appearance and layout may differ.

Flowers, decorations, table settings and equipment shown in an illustrative image are not automatically included. We will agree on the available space, chosen layout and included services before you accept, and record them in your quotation or confirmation. You are welcome to ask for current, unedited photos of the space.

Key hotel terms

• Standard flexible: free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival; your booking confirmation gives the exact deadline. After that, the first night is charged for each reserved room if you have booked fewer than 3 rooms; for 3 or more rooms, the full booking amount is charged.
• Non-refundable: fully prepaid and non-refundable from booking. Weekly and Monthly are also non-refundable; Weekly applies from 7 nights and Monthly from 28 nights.
• Breakfast: included in all four hotel rates.
• No show: 100% of the reserved amount.
• Reception: 24 hours a day.
• Regular check-in: from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, without early or late surcharge.
• Early check-in before 2:00 PM: €35, request in advance and only after explicit hotel confirmation.
• Late check-in after 10:00 PM: free. Please inform the hotel in advance of your expected arrival time.
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM at the latest: €35, request in advance and only after explicit hotel confirmation.
• Additional person: only within the permitted room capacity. We will confirm any additional costs in advance in your quotation.
• Extra breakfast: €19 per person.
• Pet: €20 per pet per night.
• Cot or extra bed: free on request, subject to availability and room capacity.

Additional services must be requested in advance; they are subject to availability and written confirmation from the hotel. For a free late check-in after 10:00 PM, you simply need to report your expected arrival time in advance.

LA BRAVA: your table

LA BRAVA opens on 4 December 2026. You can request tables for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, arriving between 12:00 and 20:30 in fifteen-minute slots, with two hours at the table. Online requests are limited to 6 guests; please call for larger groups. The kitchen closes at 21:00, and the restaurant and lounge at 23:00. A separate opening event takes place on 4 December from 17:00.

Your table is reserved when the form shows a confirmed reservation or LA BRAVA has personally confirmed your table request. Acknowledgement of a request is not a reservation confirmation. Report any changes or cancellations as soon as possible on 013 35 10 70 or at [email protected]. Table requests are separate from hotel bookings, business meetings and exclusive venue hire; venue hire deposit terms do not automatically apply to restaurant tables.

Parties, receptions, venue hire and catering

Payment is due after confirmation. A deposit of 50% of the agreed booking amount is required. If a confirmed booking is cancelled, this deposit is retained; no additional 50% cancellation fee is charged. If you have already paid in full, the remaining 50% will be refunded.

We will confirm the complete quotation, including applicable VAT and all selected items, before you agree. An online request is not a confirmed reservation. Separate terms apply to any hotel rooms.

Business hotel stays and meetings

Business hotel stays and meetings have their own enquiry and quotation process. The price and payment arrangements for a business agreement are confirmed in writing beforehand. Celebration terms do not automatically apply to business hotel room bookings.
