Your wedding: fully planned or arranged by you
Celebrate with up to 150 guests indoors or 200 in our garden. You can also enquire about hiring the entire hotel for your wedding.
We can organise everything from start to finish. Prefer to hire just the venue? Your own caterer, photographer, videographer and decorator are welcome by prior agreement. You can also combine the two approaches: we will agree on the space, layout, organisation and hotel rooms together.
These are dedicated wedding arrangements. The standard room layouts and fixed hire packages below do not automatically apply to weddings for 150 or 200 guests. You will receive a complete proposal including VAT in advance.

Prins Zaal
Space for up to 50 guests in the standard layout. Tell us how you would like to celebrate and we will arrange the tables and furnishings to suit your group.
La Brava room
A room for a maximum of 35 seated guests at a buffet, with an adjacent terrace. Ideal for a smaller group.
Restaurant and both function rooms
Rent the entire restaurant with both rooms for your group. Catering, drinks and any hotel rooms are specified separately.
We allow 90 minutes between consecutive bookings of the same room to prepare it for the next group.
LA BRAVA opens on December 4, 2026 with a Spanish pinchos and tapas concept at Prins Van Oranje. We will coordinate private venue hire with you separately.

Choose a package to suit your occasion. Tell us about any dietary requirements and allergies when you enquire, so we can discuss the options in advance.

Before you agree, we will confirm the price per person, venue hire, any extras and the total including VAT.

Your set-up and clearing away must take place within the hire period. Additional venue hire costs €99 per room per hour. Extending any drinks package costs €29 per person per additional hour. We will confirm your selected services and availability before you agree.

A wider selection including wine, prosecco, beer, spirits and cocktails. The composition is stated in your quotation.
Prefer drinks charged by consumption? Include your preference and budget in your enquiry. We will confirm the total including VAT before you agree.
Celebrate and stay
Your guests can stay overnight in the same building. When you hire the entire restaurant exclusively for your wedding, we give the couple a beautifully decorated bridal room with a complimentary overnight stay.
If you hire the entire restaurant without all the hotel rooms, your celebration must end by 23:00. To continue later, you can hire all the hotel rooms. With full hotel hire, the celebration may continue until 05:00 the following morning. Additional venue hire hours and available hotel rooms will be confirmed separately.
The free bridal room counts towards the number of rooms for full hotel rental. You will not be charged for that room again. Any tourist tax is stated separately in your quote.
From request to party

Enter your date, times, number of guests, venue and catering requirements online. We will check availability and prepare a complete quotation.
Confirm your quote
You will see all agreed items and the total including VAT before you agree. A request alone does not secure a venue or hotel room.
Payment after confirmation
After confirmation, you pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed booking amount. Any deposit already paid will be taken into account.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, we will retain the 50% deposit, without an additional 50% cancellation fee. If the full amount has already been paid, you will receive the remaining 50% back. Individual hotel bookings have their own terms and conditions.

Can we celebrate our wedding with you?
Yes. We can accommodate up to 150 wedding guests indoors or 200 in the garden. You can enquire about hiring the venue and the entire hotel. We can organise everything from start to finish, or you can arrange your own catering, photographer, videographer and decoration by prior agreement. We will provide a separate proposal including VAT for these wedding layouts.
Can I just come and eat at the restaurant?
LA BRAVA opens on December 4, 2026 with a Spanish pinchos and tapas concept at Prins Van Oranje. From December 4, 2026: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Table requests from 12:00 to 20:30. The kitchen closes at 9:00 PM; restaurant and lounge at 11:00 PM. A normal table request is made via the restaurant page. Until the opening, restaurant service is only on request. Private venue hire is agreed separately.
What is the minimum group size for a reception?
Our reception and catering packages are available for groups of ten or more. Tell us your group size, date and requirements online. You will receive a complete quotation including VAT before agreeing.
Which function rooms can I hire?
Choose Prins Zaal, with space for up to fifty guests in the standard layout, or the La Brava room, with up to thirty-five seated guests for a buffet. You can also hire the entire restaurant and both rooms for exclusive use. We will confirm the appropriate layout and capacity in your quotation.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes, by prior agreement. Mention this in your enquiry. Where applicable, kitchen use, crockery, washing-up, staff and cleaning will be itemised separately in your quotation.
How far in advance should I enquire about my celebration?
Book your venue and catering at least two weeks in advance. In some cases, we may still be able to accommodate a request one week ahead; please contact us directly.
How long can my party last?
If the restaurant is fully rented without all the hotel rooms, the party will end no later than 11:00 PM. If you want to stay longer, you must rent all the hotel rooms. The end time is agreed in advance.
What will the bridal couple receive as a gift?
When you hire the entire restaurant exclusively for your wedding, the couple receives a beautifully decorated bridal room with a complimentary overnight stay. If you hire the entire hotel, this room is included in the available room count and is not charged a second time.
How do payment and cancellation work?
Payment is due after confirmation, with a deposit of 50% of the agreed booking amount. If a confirmed venue or celebration booking is cancelled, the deposit is retained; no additional 50% is charged. If you have already paid in full, the remaining 50% will be refunded. Separate hotel terms apply to individual hotel bookings.
