Long business stays: plan rooms for your team

A longer project in the region calls for different planning from a single business overnight stay. Staff may arrive on different days, room occupancy may change, and the invoice needs to go to the right company. Bringing these details together in advance makes the enquiry much clearer. At Prins Van Oranje, you can request business accommodation for staff, project teams and crews, specifying the rooms and periods required separately.

A room at Prins Van Oranje for a longer hotel stay

Keep a room-by-room overview

Note how many rooms you need and how many people each room is for. The hotel offers rooms for one, two, three or four people. List your preferred start and end dates for each room or group.

If teams take turns, describe those changeovers too. A longer project does not automatically mean the same room will remain available for every extension. Have any changes to dates and occupancy coordinated again.

Length of stay and rate are different things

The business room pricing table on the B2B page distinguishes between 1–6 nights, 7–27 nights and stays of 28 nights or more. The business prices shown apply to companies with a VAT number and are listed per room per night.

Do not confuse these business stay categories with the conditions of another hotel rate. Any minimum stay, cancellation arrangement, advance payment or option to make changes must be set out in the rate or corporate agreement confirmed for your enquiry.

Check what your stay includes

Breakfast is included in business room prices, and parking at the hotel is free. B2B prices exclude VAT, and room prices exclude any tourist tax. Additional services are agreed separately.

Check whether breakfast times fit the work schedule. Mention unusual arrival times and any other practical questions straight away. Do not assume that a service is automatically included if it is not expressly stated in the proposal.

Provide company and billing details from the start

Provide the correct company name, billing address and VAT number. Appoint a contact person for the enquiry and, if different, a contact for invoicing. Also make it clear who may submit changes.

Payment and invoicing follow the arrangements confirmed in writing in advance. Do not assume a fixed payment period or credit arrangement without agreement. The proposal should state which rooms and services are covered by the company arrangement.

Plan changes carefully

A project may finish earlier or run for longer. Before you agree, ask how to submit changes and which conditions apply to the confirmed stay period. Have availability checked again for any extension.

The current B2B pricing table provides a starting point; your final combination needs confirmation. Submit your preferred room allocation and dates through the business enquiry process. You will then receive a proposal suited to your team’s actual stay.

What to include in your enquiry

Availability, the full price and arrangements are confirmed before you agree. A request does not reserve a hotel room or function room.
